PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of chlorine dioxide and a manufacturing apparatus of the same are provided to increase the safety of a user and to reduce the occurrence possibility of negligent accidents. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of chlorine dioxide includes the following steps: chlorine dioxide gas is generated by reacting ozone with one of a chlorite solution, a hypochlorous acid solution, or the mixture of the same; and the chlorine dioxide gas is collected. The chlorite solution is a NaClO_2 or KClO_2 solution. The ozone of bubble form is introduced into the solution. The collected is introduced into water to obtain chlorine dioxide water.
