PURPOSE: A plastic greenhouse capable of reducing energy costs, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the heat loss from the inside of the greenhouse during winter through the ground. CONSTITUTION: A plastic greenhouse comprises the following: an inner supporter(110) supporting an inner plastic sheet; an outer supporter(120) supporting an outer plastic sheet; an insulating material(130) located in between the inner and outer supporters; and a waterproof sheet(140) surrounding the insulating material. The insulating material is autoclaved lightweight concrete or foamed polystyrene, and has the thickness of 100-200mm.
