PURPOSE: A floor material for a road for collecting an antiseptic solution and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent environmental contamination caused by an antiseptic solution and safety accidents caused by a frozen road. CONSTITUTION: A floor material(100) for a road for collecting an antiseptic solution comprises an inclined portion(110) and an antiseptic solution discharge passage(120). The inclined portion has an incline for collecting an antiseptic solution falling down to the floor material to the center of the floor material and has first and second inclined plates(111,112). The antiseptic solution discharge passage is formed between the first and second inclined plates and discharges an antiseptic solution to an outlet formed on the end thereof.
