PURPOSE: A wrapper for a cutter is provided to enable a user wearing the wrapper to read a book or operate a communication device through a see-through member. CONSTITUTION: A wrapper for a cutter comprises a body(10), a see-through member(20) which is formed inside the wrapper and is made of a transparent material, a band member(30) which is spaced from the see-through member and covers the neck of a user, a length indication member(40) which is formed on the left and right of the band member, and a fixing member(50) which is formed in both ends of the band member. |
