PURPOSE: A black one-sided shielding tape capable of reducing light absorption rate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize adhesive separation phenomenon and printed side exfoliation phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A black one-sided shielding tape comprises a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) layer(110), a light-shielding printed layer(120), a sticky layer(130), and a hard coating layer(140). The anti-glare printed layer is printed with black ink and is formed at one side of the PET layer and shields the incoming light. The adhesive layer is bonded on the other surface of the polyethvlene terephthalate layer. The hard coating layer is formed at the opposite surface of the polyethvlene terephthalate layer contacted surface and is hard coated to protect the light-shielding printed layer. The PET layer is primer coated. The adhesive layer is bonded in the gravure method. |
