PURPOSE: An array test device and array test method for an organic light emitting display device, and a manufacturing method of the organic light emitting device are provided to reduce a test process time by using simple test equipment. CONSTITUTION: A first transistor(Ms) delivers a data signal. The data signal controls the light emitting amount of an organic light emitting diode according to a scanning signal of an anode electrode. A driving transistor(Md) generates a drive current by receiving the data signal. The driving transistor delivers the generated driving current to the organic light emitting diode. A second transistor(Mgc) connects the gate and drain of the driving transistor to the diode.
