DEHYDRATING EXPELLER

PURPOSE: A dehydration compressor is provided to prevent large sized solid parts from being discharged in a draining process of liquid parts even after solid-liquid separation is implemented at the pressurized tip end part of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A dehydration compressor includes a cylinder(10), a screw(20), a scraper(50), and a drainage plate(60). A solid part outlet(12) is formed at the front side of the cylinder, and a liquid part inlet(41) is formed at the rear side of the cylinder. A hopper(15) is arranged at the upper side of the cylinder. A flight(21) is arranged at the circumference of the screw. A rotary shaft(31) is arranged at the center of the screw. The screw is mounted at the inner side of the cylinder. The scrapper is arranged at the rear side of the screw or the front circumference of the rotary shaft. The scraper rotates with the screw.
