PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing eye-crushed fish material or extract is provided to enhance skin moisturizing and heal wounded effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.0001-90.0 wt% of eye-crushed fish material or extract as an active ingredient. The fish includes Bluefin Tuna or Mackerel. The cosmetic composition is used for skin whitening and skin moisturizing. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, gel, water soluble liquid, cream, essence, O/W type or W/O type basic cosmetic formulation, O/W type or W/O type makeup base, foundation, skin cover, lipstick, face powder, eye shadow, cheek color, or an eyebrow pencil.
