PURPOSE: An electrolytic ozone generating apparatus for a water dispenser is provided to make a constant amount of ozone water by regulating the diameter and intervals of spray nozzles according to water pressure. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic ozone generating apparatus for a water dispenser comprises housings(10,20), an electrolysis unit(30), first and second pipes(21,22), and a water spray pipe(40). The electrolysis unit is installed inside the housings. The first and second pipes are integrally formed in the housings, wherein the second pipe is arranged in parallel to the first pipe. Water flows into the first pipe and ozone water and hydrogen is discharged through the second pipe in the opposite direction to the inflow of water. The water spray pipe is connected to the first pipe and a plurality of nozzles(45) is formed at the side facing the electrolysis unit. Water is sprayed through the water spray pipe only to the anode of the electrolysis unit.
