PURPOSE: A crystalline recessed solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a wafer by forming an electrode not in contact with a silicon substrate. CONSTITUTION: A groove is formed on a silicon substrate by laser. The silicon substrate is textured. An n-type dopant is diffused on the silicon substrate. A PSG(Phospho Silicate Glass) is etched on the silicon substrate. Ink is dried and plasticized on the silicon substrate in a constant temperature. |
