METHOD FOR SETTING NEIGHBOR LIST BY FEMTOCELL

PURPOSE: A neighbor list setting method of a femto cell is provided to solve SON(self-organizing network) optimization problems by using a measurement result provided from an idle state terminal in the construction of a neighbor list. CONSTITUTION: A femto cell BS(base station)(500) sets measurement information elements of an eleventh SIB(system information block) of temporary system information in order to measure terminals of all idle states in a femto cell. The femto cell BS broadcasts the temporary system information to the femto cell through a broadcasting channel. The femto cell BS receives a measurement result from the terminal of the idle state through an RACH(random access channel). The femto BS creates the final neighbor list based on the measurement result.
