PURPOSE: A fish roaster is provided to rapidly broil fishes by providing various heating conditions according to the sorts and sizes of the fishes. CONSTITUTION: A fish roaster comprises a shelf, a rotary disc, a first heating unit, a rotary motor(40), and a second heating unit. Fishes are put on the shelf. The rotary disc comprises an opening where the shelf is mounted. The first heating unit is installed under the opening. The rotary motor rotates the rotary disc around a rotary shaft at a predetermined speed. A heating chamber formed into a dome shape wraps the rotary disc. The second heating unit is installed on one side of the heating chamber, and provides high temperature heat. |
