PURPOSE: An online advertisement exposing method for determining an advertisement exposing time by considering selection information of a user, a server and a readable computer recording medium thereof are provided to determine an advertisement exposing time based on selection information of a user, thereby enabling an advertiser to expose the advertisement with a low cost in a long time. CONSTITUTION: A user preference obtainment management unit(210) obtains selection information of a user for N advertisements during exposing the N advertisements in a specific time slot through a specific online space. An advertisement selection management unit(220) selects the high ranking of K advertisements among the N advertisements based on the selection information of the user. The advertisement selection management unit selects N-K advertisements which are newly included to substitute the rest of the low ranking advertisements except for the high ranking of the K advertisements.
