PURPOSE: A call taxi allocation system with a card payment communication network and a call taxi allocation method using the same are provided to transmit vehicle state information to a management server in real time through the card payment communication network included in the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A management server(10) receives a call request of a user to transmit call taxi allocation information to a mobile communication terminal(300) of a driver. A card payment device(200) pays a charge for using the vehicle transmitted from a meter(100). The card payment device receives vehicle identification information and vehicle state information to transmit the received information to the management server. The management server checks the location information of a vehicle in real time through a GPS module installed in the mobile communication terminal.
