CONSTITUTION: A rotating member(100) includes a first magnet(115). A fixing member(200) supports the rotating member. The fixing member includes a second magnet(215). The second magnet includes a magnetic bearing part(300) and the first magnet. A gap between the first magnet and the second magnet is larger than a contact preventing gap between the rotating member and the fixing member or a gap between a shaft(110) and a sleeve(210).</p>
