PURPOSE: A hierarchical group type broadcasting system using an internet and a wire telephone and a control method thereof are provided to clearly transfer broadcasting information regardless of an external environment factor by constructing each home equipment in a network method. CONSTITUTION: Village assembly hall equipment(5) transmits a control command signal through a telephone paging function through a lower institution management server. The village assembly hall equipment executes wireless broadcasting. The village assembly hall equipment selectively calls specific equipment. Wireless home transceiving equipment(6) broadcasts information signals wirelessly transmitted from the village assembly hall. The wireless home transceiving equipment transmits an emergency broadcasting signal to the village assembly hall through a wire telephone network.
