PURPOSE: A membrane filtration-based water purification apparatus is provided to efficiently implement filtration processes regardless of quality variation in feed water according to season. CONSTITUTION: A membrane filtration-based water purification apparatus includes a flux controlling part(10), a first filtering part(20), and a second filtering part(30). The flux controlling part distributes the flux of feed water according to the quality of the feed water. The first filtering part is connected to one downstream of the flux controlling part. The second filtering part is connected to another downstream of the flux controlling part. The flux controlling part includes a water thermometer(11), a turbidity meter(12), and a flux controlling valve(13).
