PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade for electrophotographic equipment having wear resistance (durability) in addition to noise prevention under high temperature and high humidity even when using polymerization method toner of a spherical (true spherical shape and different shape) and small particle diameter. SOLUTION: Concerning the cleaning blade for the electrophotographic equipment having an elastic rubber member and a support member, the elastic rubber member has two or more layers of multiple layer structure having an edge layer and a layer except for the edge layer, hardness at a temperature of 23°C according to an international rubber hardness tester (M method) measured from a face being in contact with the support member is 50-73°, and the elastic rubber member comprises a material of 5-20 of the creep characteristics.
