<p>The portioning machine has a longitudinal extrusion die (3) arranged at a circumferential location of a cutting position and moveable in a longitudinal direction (10). A cutting device is provided at a lower end of a forming tube revolver (1) with a rotating blade. An axial stop element is adjustable with respect to a distance from the revolver on a side of the blade, where the side is opposite to a forming tube (1a). A conveying device conveys the cut-off slices (2a). The blade is driven in rotation around an axis that is parallel to a rotation axis (10') of the revolver. An independent claim is included for a method for cutting strand-shaped cutting material into slices with identical volumes by portioning machine.</p> |
