PURPOSE: An ultra-atomizer is provided to reduce bad odor generated from livestock excrements and implement environmentally friendly agriculture using fermented compost. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-atomizer for ultra-atomization and composting includes a storing part(101), an atomization part(103), an inlet(102), a circulating pipe(115), a discharging pipe(104), and a draining pipe(108). The storing part is upwardly extended. The mixture of organic waste and culturing media is stored in the closed space of the storing part. The atomization part includes a hollow closed space. The inlet connects one lower side of the storing part and one lower side of the atomization part. The circulating pipe connects one upper side of the atomization part and one upper side of the storing part. The draining pipe is arranged on another upper side of the atomization part. The draining pipe is arranged at the bottom sides of the storing part and the atomization part.
