PURPOSE: A network-based content managing system is provided to supply extracted contents to an electronic frame by extracting contents suitable for location information for which the electronic frame is installed by exploring stored contents. CONSTITUTION: A database unit(21) stores contents, directory lists, and predicted keywords. When location information is received from a display device, a location matching unit(22) extracts a directory list which matches the location information from the data unit. A keyword detecting unit(23) analyzes the contents to detect keywords of the contents. A content matching unit(24) extracts the predicted keywords which match the detected keywords.
