Biodegradable disposable hand warmer

Disclosed is a disposable hand warmer that has excellent post-use biodegradability while an inner pouch is provided with sufficient physical properties (strength) during use. The biodegradable hand warmer is prepared by means of a pyrogenic composition to which potassium chloride and/or sodium chloride has been added being housed in an inner pouch to which an oxidative decomposition agent has been added.
