PURPOSE: A system for observing a learning state of a user in a remote lecture solution and a method thereof are provided to directly observe a user action during a learning process, thereby reflecting the observed action on user evaluation based on more accurate information. CONSTITUTION: A monitor unit(110) monitors a task executed in a user terminal in which remote lecture contents are executed. An evaluation unit(120) evaluates a learning state of a user who learns the remote lecture contents through the user terminal corresponding to the task. The evaluation unit evaluates the learning state according to whether or not other tasks except for a lecture related task are included in the task. The lecture related task is related to the remote lecture contents. The monitor unit inputs a user image through a camera.
