PURPOSE: A voltage equalizing apparatus and power storage system including thereof, for connecting power storage unit rack are provided to rapidly equalize voltage within adjacent power storage unit rack by using high output power winding resistance. CONSTITUTION: A voltage equalizing apparatus(10) is connected to electrode terminal having the same polarity between adjacent power storage unit rack. An adjacent power storage unit rack is connected parallel. Each voltage equalizing apparatus comprises a resistance unit(11) transmitted current flowing from high voltage unit rack to low voltage unit rack and a voltage equalizing breaker(12) installed at a line. The resistance unit is comprised of high power wire wounded resistor. The voltage equalizing breaker can comprise a fuse.
