PURPOSE: A damper device, a damper tube assembly, and an inkjet printer are provided to controls a pressure variation in the inside of a printer head, thereby preventing an ink leakage and improving a printing quality. CONSTITUTION: A damper device comprises a housing(110), an inlet port(113), an outlet port(114), and a valve body(130). The housing comprises a valve chamber connected to an ink passage and reciprocates with a carriage. The inlet port is formed in one end portion of the housing and connects the ink passage of an ink tank side and valve chamber. The outlet port is formed in the other end portion of the housing and connects the ink passage of a printer head side and the valve chamber. The valve body is received in the inside of the valve chamber to be movable.
