Method and device for producing multi-wall components

The method involves overlapping positions of two sheet material-blanks (3,11), and pressing together the blanks along a closed contour (26) for defining expandable intermediate space between the both blanks. The intermediate space is widened by injecting a pressurized fluid between the mutually compressed blanks. The blanks are fixed along the contour with each other. The width of the intermediate space is maintained at a point (30), when the expansion is zero. An independent claim is included for a device for executing multi-wall components producing method.
