<p>PURPOSE: A high-heat resistance cold-rolled steel sheet with excellent workability and corrosion resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to extend the life span of equipment by using the superior high-temperature strength of the cold-rolled steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A high-heat resistance cold-rolled steel sheet comprises 0.002-0.005weight% of C, 0.05-0.10weight% of Ti, 0.1-0.4weight% of Cu, 0.05-0.25weight% of Sn, 0.10-0.35weight% of Mn, 0.01-0.10weight% of Al, 0.003-0.020weight% of P, 0.002-0.006weight% of N, 0.003-0.015weight% of S, and the remaining amount of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the effective atomic ratio of Ti to C, Ti/C, is 2.5-5.0 and the atomic ratio of Cu to S, Cu/S, is 5-25. A Ti-based carbide precipitate is formed in the cold-rolled steel sheet.</p> |
