PURPOSE: A closed type of a frying apparatus is provided to save energy as the heat in a first space is not discharged to the outside, and to discharge carbonized materials. CONSTITUTION: A closed type of a frying apparatus capable of discharging carbonized materials comprises a frying chamber, an opening and closing valve(115), a water inlet(116), an oil discharge pipe(114), a water discharge pipe(117), a heating unit(120), and a lid(125). The heating unit is placed inside a first space(111), and heats oil. The lid closes the open upper part of the first space. The opening and closing valve blocks a boundary between the first space and a second space(112) when the lid is closed. The oil discharge pipe is connected to the lower part of the opening and closing valve. |
