PURPOSE: A door lock device and a smart key approving method using the same are provided to minimize possibility of illegal intrusion by hacking. CONSTITUTION: A door lock device includes a door lock main body(100) and a smart key(200). The door lock main body includes an LF(Low Frequency) transmitting unit(110), an RF receiving unit(120), a hacking determining unit(130), a smart key authentication unit(140), and a door lock controlling unit(150). The LF transmitting unit transmits an LF signal for the activation of the smart key to the smart key. The RF receiving unit receives an RF signal having authentication information. A hacking determining unit determines possibility of hacking of an RF signal. The smart key authentication unit performs authentication of the smart key based on the authentication information of the RF signal.
