PURPOSE: A defrosting system of refrigerators capable of defrosting without temperature change inside a room and a defrosting method thereof are provided to effectively defrost by installing two cooling units inside the room. CONSTITUTION: A defrosting system of refrigerators comprises a first room temperature detection sensor(110), a second room temperature detection sensor(120), a first cooling driving unit(160), a second cooling driving unit(170), a first defrost part(180), a second defrost part(190), and MICOM(150). The first and second room temperature detection sensors sense the room temperature. The first and second cooling driving units respectively cool the room. The first and second defrost parts respectively defrost the room.
