PURPOSE: A capacitor compensation device and method for a low loss of a high frequency cable are provided to connect a capacitor compensating the inside of the cable having a high inductance value by applying a Litz wire structure. CONSTITUTION: An inductance value as much as a difference between an inductance value of an inner wall wire(50) and an inductance value of an outer layer wire(90) is compensated for reducing the inductance value of the inner layer wire of a cable. A compensation capacitor(70) of 70 uF is connected only to the inner layer wire for reducing the inductance value of the inner layer wire. An L-C serial circuit is formed by connecting the compensation capacitor to the inner layer wire of the cable.
