PURPOSE: Wrapping paper for printing anti-forgery label, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to expose an original paper layer for printing the label with ink. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus wrapping paper for printing anti-forgery label includes a main bobbin(110), an adhesive coating unit(100), a drying device(160), a paper bonding roller(150), and a wrapping paper bobbin(130). Sub-original paper(20) is winded on the main bobbin, and is supplied by a guide roller. First and second film layers are attached to the lower side of the sub-original paper. The adhesive coating unit includes an adhesive coating roller(102) spreading an adhesive(50) on one side of the sub-original paper. The drying device dries the adhesive. The paper bonding roller attaches printing original paper(30) to the sub-original paper.
