PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer capable of performing dew condensation of moisture in air with its simple configuration so as to supply water to an atomizing electrode without using any Peltier unit. SOLUTION: A recess 8 that opens on the side of a space 1 to be subjected to atomization is provided on a part of a partition 7 made of a heat insulating material, so as to form a part 7 to which heat is easily conducted, and a heat conductor 5 is inserted into the recess 8 to come into contact with the internal surface of the recess 8. Alternatively, a part of the partition 7 is formed using a material with which heat conduction more easily take place compared with other parts so as to form a part 7 to which heat is easily conducted and the heat conductor 5 is located at the part 7 to which heat is easily conducted. Alternatively, a communication hole that makes the space 1 to be subjected to atomization communicates with a cool space 4 is provided on a part of the partition 7 and the heat conductor 5 is inserted into the communication hole so as to form a part 7 to which heat is easily conducted.
