PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device having an internal combustion engine with a supercharger and a transmission in which acceleration as well as drivability can be improved. SOLUTION: The driving force control device includes a means (S7) that provides a shift transmission control on a transmission 7, if a supercharging operation start timing calculated by a supercharging-operation-start-time calculation means (S3) is temporally later than a shift-transmission-termination-timing calculated by a shift-transmission-termination-time calculation means (S5), such that the shift-transmission-termination-timing is delayed so as to make the supercharging-operation-start-timing temporally almost coincide with the shift-transmission-termination-timing.
