METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ANTIBACTERIAL NATURAL DYED PAPER WITH IMPROVED LIGHT FASTNESS

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating naturally dyed antibacterial paper is provided to enhance color fastness to light and to use the paper as a functional exterior material. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating naturally dyed antibacterial paper with improved color fastness to light comprises: a step of mixing a dried naturally dyed material and distilled water in a weight ratio of 1:10 and inputting the mixture into a circulating pressureless extractor; a step of boiling the mixture for 30 minutes to 2 hours and extracting a primary dye solution; a step of boiling the mixture in the circulating pressureless extractor for 30 minutes to 2 hours to extract a secondary dye solution; a step of mixing the primary and secondary dye solutions and concentrating using a rotary evaporator; and a step of freeze-drying the concentrate for 24 hours.
