摘要 PURPOSE: A fuel cell for low temperature operations solid oxide fuel cell is provided to uniformly disperse carbon-coated silver nanoparticle without coagulation and to improve output efficiency of a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid oxide fuel cell(100) for low temperature operations comprises: a first step forming a fuel electrode(100) comprising a functional layer; a first step forming a fuel electrode(110) with a functional layer and receiving fuel; a second step forming an electrolyte layer(130) by coating the fuel electrode; and a third step forming an air electrode layer(150) which comprises LSCF(La_(1-x)Sr_zCo_(1-y)Fe_yO_(3-z)) which is coated with silver nanoparticles on the upper part of the electrolyte layer. The electrolyte layer comprises an electrolyte element(133) and a buffering element(135) inserted between the electrolyte element and the air electrode layer. In the LSCF, 0.2<=x<=0.5, 0.5<=y<=0.8, and 0<=z<=0.5.
