TOP DOWN METHOD AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A top down method and a building structure using the same are provided to reduce construction time and costs by simultaneously performing underground and ground construction. CONSTITUTION: A top down method is as follows. A column insertion hole(20) is vertically formed in the ground(1). A holder(80) is installed on the top of the column insertion hole. A unit PC(precast concrete) column(31) is lifted up using equipment and is inserted into the column insertion hole. The holder fixes the top of the inserted unit PC column. An underground PC column(30) is formed by integrally and serially coupling a unit PC column to the top of the fixed unit PC column. The PC column is moved downward using equipment and fixed to a specific position. A pile(40) is formed by placing concrete in the inner bottom of the column insertion hole. The bottom of the PC column is buried in the pile.
