PURPOSE: High-strength gray cast iron and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce costs for alloy elements and obtain high workability by using a high-Mn galvanized steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: High-strength gray cast iron is mainly composed of Fe, and the high-strength gray cast iron includes 3.4-4.0wt.% of C, 1.8-2.2wt.% of Si, 1.4-1.8wt.% of Mn, 0.1wt.% or less(0 is exclusive) of P, 0.1-0.2wt.% of S, 0.3-0.6wt.% of Cu, 0.07wt.% or less(0 is exclusive) of Sn, 0.5-0.8wt.% of Cr, 0.2wt.% or less(0 is exclusive) of Ni, 0.1wt.% or less(0 is exclusive) of Mo, and inevitable impurities.
