<p>PURPOSE: A device for controlling simultaneity based on tasks is provided to permit tasks not having a serious influence on the consistency of a shared object and supply selective ownership to a subdivided object by analyzing the tasks of the shared object. CONSTITUTION: A common work processor(200) provides a common work space for a shared object to plural users. The common work processor applies a result according to a task request of the users to the common work space. A table(130) stores a permissible task and an impermissible task by situation for the shared object. Information about the permissible task is set in the table. A task processing unit(230) processes a request task of a requester. The task processing unit permits or rejects the request task by comparing the request task with the information stored in the table.
