PURPOSE: A superconducting coil and a superconducting magnet are provided to prevent the malfunction of a cooling head by reducing a load of a coil part which is applied to the cooling head. CONSTITUTION: A coil part(10) is formed by winding a superconducting wire. A cooling head(20) cools the coil part. A heating unit(30) connects the coil part to the cooling head. A fist heating plate is attached to a first position of the coil part. A second heating plate is attached to a second position separated from the first position.
