PURPOSE: An elastic terminal module, a manufacture device thereof, and a manufacture method thereof are provided to easily supply an elastic terminal which includes elastic rubber and is capable of soldering to a reel taping device. CONSTITUTION: Impact adhesive tape is winded around a roll along a longitudinal direction. Each of plural soldering elastic terminals(50) includes elastic rubber. The elastic rubber adheres on the impact adhesive tape. Each of the soldering elastic terminals is cut along the longitudinal direction at a constant length unit. Each of the soldering elastic terminals is separated at regular intervals in a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
