PURPOSE: A device management system to monitor the status of electrical power system and methods are provided to prevent the collision between data in case of simultaneously transmitting accident files and set as well as manage the device which monitors the status of electrical power system without visiting the scene. CONSTITUTION: A device management system which monitors the status of electrical power system comprises an electrical power system(100), a device which monitors the status of several electrical power systems(200), a communication network(300), and a central monitoring device. A device which monitors the status of several electrical power systems indicates and analyzes the status of electrical power system by detecting the power system operating function and the power system malfunction. A communication network sends and receives data between a device which monitors the status of several electrical power systems and a control monitoring device. A central monitoring device checks the presence of new accident files by accessing to a device which monitors the status of several electrical power systems.
