PURPOSE: An arc tube sealing device of a ceramic metal halide lamp is provided to improve quality using a tungsten heater heating mode. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(11) is sealed up with a ceramics arc tube. A chamber cover(12) is located in order to contact to the upper side of the base plate. A tube base chuck(13) is located at the upper side of the base plate. A plurality of ceramics arc tubes is settled in the tube base chuck. A plurality of tungsten heaters(20) heats up a thin tube of the plurality of ceramics arc tubes.
