PURPOSE: A safety device for multi-tap is provided to improve the binding power of an opening and closing unit and a holding unit by supporting a first holding unit and the second holding unit at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A case(20) includes a terminal insertion hole(21). A guide unit(120) is formed on both ends of an opening and closing unit(100). An inclined unit(121) is formed in the guide unit. A plug terminal is in contact with the inclined unit. When the opening and closing unit is inserted into the plug terminal, it is rotated at the case. The opening and closing unit opens the terminal insertion hole and a grounding hole. A supporter(200) restricts the rotation of the opening and closing unit by a first holding unit(220) and a second holding unit(230).
