PURPOSE: A display apparatus and a method for fabricating the same are provided to implement the optical isotropy of liquid crystal, an excellent front side contrast ratio and a wide-viewing angle. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(180) and a second electrode(150) are formed in a first substrate(160). A second substrate(120) faces the first substrate. A liquid crystal layer(130) is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. A liquid crystal layer includes polymer-stabilized liquid crystal. The domain size of the polymer-stabilized liquid crystal is 200nm or less.
