PURPOSE: A data transceiving system and a method thereof in a satellite communication environment are provided to efficiently transceiver digital data between a ship and a server in a satellite communication environment. CONSTITUTION: A ship terminal(100) transmits data by reflecting a weighted value at current communication speed. The weighted value is a weighted value which considers a location of a ship and an average communication speed. A land server(300) groups the distribution data received from the ship terminal.
