摘要 PURPOSE: A method and a device for measuring the analyte concentration of a physiological fluid using an electric conductivity measuring cell are provided to solve a signal reduction problem of blood in case of using low frequency signals and to minimize influence caused by the internal conductivity of a red blood cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the analyte concentration of a physiological fluid using an electric conductivity measuring cell is as follows. A measurement cell including an operation electrode(122) and a receiving electrode(124) spaced from each other in the inside of a measurement space(128) is provided. The physiological fluid is provided to the measurement cell. Bipolar signals are provided to the operation electrode. The electric conductivity between the electrodes is calculated by using electrical signals measured by the receiving unit corresponding to the bipolar signals. The analyte concentration is measured by using the electric conductivity.
