PURPOSE: A nanocomposite for insulation is provided to improve interfacial adhesion, to increase density between microparticles, and to increase dielectric breakdown strength. CONSTITUTION: A nanocomposite for insulation comprises 89-94 weight% of an epoxy resin, 5-10 weight% of a hardener, 0.1-1 weight% of a curing accelerator, and 0.1-0.3 weight% of SiO2. A manufacturing method of the nano composite comprises: a step of manufacturing a mixed solution by mixing an epoxy resin, a hardener, a curing accelerator, and SiO2; a step of primarily curing the manufactured mixed solution at 100-150°C for 1-2 hours; a step of de-aerating the primarily cured material in 0.01-0.1 torr for 0.5-1 hours; and a step of secondarily curing the de-aerated material at 100-130°C for 3-7 hours.
