PURPOSE: An automatic impact excitation device using inertial force and natural frequency measuring apparatus using the same are provided to monitor a machine, and to facilitate the design work of the machine by easily measuring the speed of an impact head. CONSTITUTION: An automatic impact excitation device comprises an impact head(200), a housing(260), a spring(250), and an impact exciting actuator(100). The impact head delivers shock to a structure. The housing guides the impact head in a one- dimensional motion. The spring is connected to the rear part of the impact head, and guides an elastic reciprocating motion. The impact exciting actuator is connected to the spring, and actuates the impact head.
