PURPOSE: A center floor panel assembly for a vehicle is provided to improve chassis rigidity by coupling a muffler unit to a tunnel part in a single body. CONSTITUTION: A center floor panel assembly for a vehicle comprises a first center floor panel(310), a second center floor panel, and a support member. The first and second center floor panels are coupled each other to form a closed cross sectional tunnel part. The tunnel part receives a center muffler unit formed in a longitudinal direction of a chassis. The first and second center floor panels are continuously formed along the longitudinal direction of the chassis. The support member is formed in the tunnel part to support the center muffler unit on the tunnel part. The second center floor panel is coupled to the center muffler unit to position the center muffler unit in the lower center part of the tunnel part.
